Return policy: All of our products are made to order, so we don’t accept returns or exchanges. However, please feel free to contact us if you have any problems.
Please be aware that custom orders might need some alterations after your first try-on because everyone’s body is different even with a tailored dress. So please prepare some extra budget for alteration if needed. An alternative way is to get a lace-up back so the size can be adjustable in a certain range.

After feeling disappointed with the selection in wedding dress shops, discovering Shindig Thread was a turning point. Kat and her team transformed my inspirations into my dream dress. I never would have imagined wearing a custom dress for my wedding yet it’s happened!
From the start, I confirmed my measurements and completed a detailed design brief outlining my ideas. Kat then sent a beautiful selection of fabric and lace samples, allowing me to choose exactly what I loved. Throughout the process, I received regular update photos of my dress being created and even had the opportunity to make some adjustments along the way.
When my dress arrived, it was beautifully packaged, and the craftsmanship is stunning. And it fits me perfectly!

I am so happy with my wedding dress, it’s so gorgeous and made with great care and skill. The fabric is really gorgeous and heavy, and the custom measurements were a real bonus as it only needs a tiny bit of tailoring. The process of ordering a custom dress was simple and Kat and the team at shindig threads always replied quickly to my emails. I also tried on the sample before i ordered (and did a lot of Instagram stalking) so i knew it was going to be good quality. So so happy thank you, i will definitely be recommending the brand to all my engaged friends!!!
