I had a very short timeline and Kat was so great at keeping me up to date with everything. She made sure I got my veil on time even though I ordered so last minute. And my dress was absolutely gorgeous and her and the team executed my vision beautifully. Thank you so so so much!

From the start, I confirmed my measurements and completed a detailed design brief outlining my ideas. Kat then sent a beautiful selection of fabric and lace samples, allowing me to choose exactly what I loved. Throughout the process, I received regular update photos of my dress being created and even had the opportunity to make some adjustments along the way.

When my dress arrived, it was beautifully packaged, and the craftsmanship is stunning. And it fits me perfectly!

I am so happy with my wedding dress, it’s so gorgeous and made with great care and skill. The fabric is really gorgeous and heavy, and the custom measurements were a real bonus as it only needs a tiny bit of tailoring. The process of ordering a custom dress was simple and Kat and the team at shindig threads always replied quickly to my emails. I also tried on the sample before i ordered (and did a lot of Instagram stalking) so i knew it was going to be good quality. After ordering, unfortunately the first dress went missing in the USPS, and their customer service was above and beyond to help remake the custom dress and send through DHL. Wow. This dress fit like a glove and is absolutely gorgeous. Incredible material. I wore it as a party dress for my wedding and got so many compliments!
I was quite late with ordering, so I contacted the seller and they told me they can do it as long as I choose express shipping and it worked out perfectly!
The only thing that irritated me a little was that etsy told me it ships fro the UK but it did come from china! But I would get it again, beautiful dress!
