Refund policy

All of our dresses are made to order and your gown is made especially for you and / or based on your measurements, therefore we are unable to offer refunds, returns or exchanges.

• If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase.
• Please ensure your measurements are correct prior to your order being submitted. We do not take responsibility for any adjustments or alterations needed to be made on your gown. 
• In the unlikely circumstance you have concerns regarding the fit of your gown, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.  
• For rush orders, we are unable to cancel you order or offer refunds as the gown will have gone immediately into production.
• If you changed your mind after 24 hours of placing you order, unfortunately we do not accept returns or supply refunds. We also cannot refund you if you feel that dress does not suit you once your order arrives, as all our dresses are made to order.

• Please be aware alterations are part of the bridal journey even with a made to order dress. So please consider this into your wedding dress budget.
