How long does it take to make a dress?
Our dresses are handmade to order, and our standard production time is approximately 3 months. Standard shipping usually takes around 10–20 days after dispatch.
Please kindly note that holiday seasons, including Christmas, New Year may cause slight delays.

When should I order my wedding dress?
We recommend ordering your dress 6–12 months before your wedding whenever possible. This allows enough time for production, shipping, and any local alterations you may need.
If your wedding is sooner, please contact us before ordering — we may be able to offer an express service depending on your timeline.
Do you offer rush orders?
Yes, we offer a rush order service for brides on a tighter timeline.
The fastest timeline may vary depending on the dress design, fabric availability, and shipping destination. Please contact us with your wedding date before ordering, and we’ll advise what is possible.
Will I need alterations?
Possibly. Even with a made-to-measure dress, minor alterations are a normal part of the bridal process to achieve the best fit.
We recommend allowing time and a small budget for local alterations, especially for final adjustments closer to your wedding date.
Can I customise the fabric, colour, neckline, or waistline?
Yes, many of our dresses can be customised, including fabric, colour, neckline, waistline, sleeves, train length, and other details.
Please contact us with your ideas or reference pictures, and we’ll let you know what is possible for your chosen design.
Can changing the fabric affect the final look?
Yes, different fabrics create different structures, textures, and movement.
Even with the same design, changing the fabric may slightly change the final look of the dress. We’ll always advise you if a fabric change may affect the overall style.
Can I see fabric samples before ordering?
Yes, we offer a fabric swatch service.
For custom orders, we usually recommend confirming the final design first, as the fabric choice depends on the structure, style, and colour of the dress. Once we know your design, we can suggest suitable fabrics and send a swatch if you’d like to see it in person.
Will my dress look exactly like the photos?
All of our product photos are from dresses we have made, so you will receive the same design.
However, please note that as each piece is handmade, slight variations in folds, draping, and small details may naturally occur.
Before shipping, we will send you photos of your finished dress for review, so you can check the overall look before delivery.
Do you take custom orders?
Yes, we specialise in custom-made wedding dresses.
If you’re interested in a custom design, please contact us for a consultation. We’d be happy to discuss your ideas and see what we can create for you.
Do you offer custom sizing?
Yes, we offer custom sizing for many of our dresses.
For the best fit, we recommend having your measurements taken by a professional tailor. Bridal sizing can be different from everyday clothing, so accurate measurements are very important.
Should I order based on my current measurements if I plan to lose weight?
Yes, we usually recommend ordering based on your current measurements.
Weight and body shape can change unpredictably, so it is safer to make the dress based on your current size and then arrange final alterations with a local tailor closer to your wedding date.
Can I try on your dresses before ordering?
Yes, we offer private bridal appointments at our showroom in Newcastle, UK.
During your appointment, you can try on our available sample dresses and discuss any customisation ideas with us.
Appointments are private and by booking only. If travelling to Newcastle is not convenient for you, we also offer an at-home sample try-on service for selected dresses.
Do I need to pay import duties or customs fees?
We offer DDP shipping, which means we handle customs clearance and import duties for you. You won’t need to deal with any customs procedures or pay any additional import taxes upon delivery.
Do you accept deposits?
We currently do not take deposits. Full payment is required before production begins.
Do you offer payment plans?
Payment plans may be available at checkout, depending on your location and the payment options shown to you.
Can I return or exchange my dress?
As all of our dresses are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
However, if there is any issue with your dress, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
